Crowley Fuels has made a strategic decision to exit the Juneau and Ketchikan markets. Petro Marine Services, a subsidiary of Petro 49, Inc., has reached an agreement to acquire Crowley Fuels’ businesses in Juneau and Ketchikan, Alaska. The sale is expected to close in mid-February. This agreement provides value not only to the companies, but to consumers who rely on delivery of high-quality fuels, lubricants, equipment, and services in both communities. Additionally, all Crowley Fuels employees will have the opportunity to join the Petro Marine team.

As the acquisition progresses towards closing, Crowley Fuels is working with Petro Marine Services to coordinate a seamless transfer of fuel operations and inventories in order to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted supply to support customers in both communities.
